Your Future Role:
Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to: greeting and welcoming the prospect at the site / sales office, and subsequently providing an introductory brief of the project(s) prior to facilitating meetings between the prospect and the Sales Manager, accompanying the prospect on site visits / show apartment viewings, capture and update (on iPad) details of walk-ins and ensure that the leads are allocated in liaison with Contact Center, record the registration of attendees at Agents events and Sales Events and ensure that the visitors / guests are escorted and introduced to the relevant Sales Managers, Coordinate with the CRM department regarding any complaints or issues raised by existing customers during their visits to the Sales or Site office, highlight issues (if any) at the Show Apartments, to the management, so that necessary action may be accordingly taken.
Your Experience and Background:
You have at least a year of experience of having worked as a Hostess / Promoter / Events Coordinator in the Hospitality / Luxury Real Estate sector in the UAE.
Your Skills:
You must present a professional appearance and grooming at the workplace. You have good communication skills and a pleasing personality. You are able to multitask and work under pressure. You are proficient in MS Office suite and you have elementary knowledge of CRM systems.
