Your Future Role:

Your main responsibilities consist of, but not limited to the following: providing a first-class coordinating service to the team, assisting in preparation of reports, organizing and servicing meetings (producing agenda and taking minutes), liasing with potential clients, maintaining diaries and arranging appointments, logging or processing bills or expenses, travel arrangement, and managing databases. You are expected to provide a high-level administrative support and perform other tasks assigned by your line manager.

Your Experience and Background:
You should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar senior level coordinating and administrative role, with at least 3 years experience in the UAE. 
Your Skills:
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You can speak English and Arabic fluently. You are proficient in MS Office applications. You have the ability to handle confidential information in a professional and discrete manner. You are well-organised and with high-attention to details. You are resourceful, proactive, reliable, trustworthy, and assertive. You can handle multiple tasks, flexible and able to work under pressure and deliver work in a timely manner.
