Your Future Role:

Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following: ensuring that all incoming calls are answered professionally and as per script; filtering/ qualifying all leads received through Digital/ Non-digital channels through Outbound calls and provide accurate and relevant information to the prospective client, thereby moving the leads to the next Stage of the Lead Cycle; responding to incoming mails as per defined business TAT and ensuring that accurate information is provided; following-up on leads generated through different channels and escalating any issue/ customer complaint to the Contact Centre Manager; and creating a proper customer rapport, resulting in creation of interest related to the projects. 

 

Your Experience and Background:

You have at least 1 year proven experience of having worked as a Call Centre/ Telesales Agent in the BPO/ Real Estate/ Banking Retail sector.

 

Your Skills:

You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.  You have a good understanding of the UAE Real Estate market. You have good proficiency and navigation skills related to PC and MS Office.
