Your Future Role:
As a Development Analyst, you will work with Development team. Your role will be diversified and your responsibilities will include analytical feasibility work, predominantly spreadsheet manipulation. You are expected to assist with the preparation of development feasibilities for new and existing projects and assist project team members with project cost reporting.
Your Experience and Background:

You should hold a business degree in Finance, Property or related discipline and have a minimum of 2 years of local experience in similar role.

Your Skills:

You can speak English fluently and knowledge of Arabic would be an advantage. You have a good command of MS office applications and excellent knowledge of MS Excel is a must. Ability with any other financial modeling software is an advantage.
