Your Future Role:

Your main responsibilities include but are not limited to: preparing all relevant documentation for internal approvals, ensuring the execution of all deliverables, maintaining records of cash flow and ensuring all invoices are paid on time. You will also liaise with all the suppliers and associates in relation to marketing events and productions.  You will be responsible for various administrative tasks such as arranging meetings and business travels, reviewing multiple quotations from suppliers and maintain a well-organised and up to date marketing database. You are also expected to assist the team on a wide range of tasks. 

Your Experience and Background:
You should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. You have previous work experience in the real estate industry.
Your Skills:
You are adept in MS Office and can speak English fluently. Arabic would be an advantage. You are well-organised and with high attention to details. You are flexible, able to work under pressure and can deliver work in a timely manner.
