In this role, you will report to the HR Manager. Your main responsibilities consist of, but not limited to the following: providing a high-level HR support in several facets of HR including recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, and employee and labour relations. You will be supervising the company PRO in relation to employees' work permit and residence visa processing. You will liaise with placement agencies, medical and life insurance associates, and other HR affiliates. You are responsible for various administrative tasks such as employee onboarding and offboarding process, responding to employees' requests and/or queries, updating employee database, providing employee reports as requested, monitoring all incoming and outgoing HR documents, maintenance and periodic audit of personnel files, and performing other tasks as assigned by your line manager.
