Your Future Role:
You will manage and provide a first-rate service to prospects introduced through lead generation. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: defining the clients' needs and financial abilities, managing and maintaining new and existing client relationships, represent the Company at road shows, sales events and stands, analyzing market trends and successfully sell property(ies). You will also be responsible to maintain your list of available properties, meet your targets and provide pipeline reports as required.
Your Experience and Background:
You should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the real-estate sector in a sales or investment position with a proven track record. You have an excellent presentation skills. You have an excellent knowledge of the local real-estate market and know how to deal with international buyers.
Your Skills:

You speak fluent Mandarin and/or Cantonese. You are computer-literate and can speak and write English to a good standard. Your outstanding sales and negotiation skills along with excellent communication skills will help to be successful in this position.
