Your Future Role:
You will report directly to the Executive Director - Corporate Finance & Investments. Your role will be diversified and your responsibilities will include various aspects such as assessing deal financing options , debt and equity options and legal and tax structures for different geographical markets. You will also be responsible for developing compelling copy and layouts for investor presentations and offering memoranda. You are also expected to carry-out technical, legal, risk and commercial due diligence, review, interpret, validate financial models, cash / value flows, as well as critically review title deed issues, leasehold property constraints and third party appraisals. You will also oversee investor reporting, fund compliance, asset performance and portfolio equity commitments.
Your Experience and Background:

You should hold a postgraduate degree in Finance / Management / Business  or  related discipline and have a minimum of 5 years of experience in similar role. You should have experience in risk analysis and relationship management. Professional certifications such as CA / CPA / CIMA / ACA / ACCA / CFA is desirable.

Your Skills:

You have an advance understanding of MS office applications. You can speak English fluently and knowledge or Arabic and/or Hindi would be an advantage. You have good communication skills, pay attention to details and know how to interact with different types of people.
